  • What is the Shipping Policy at Spectre Golf Apparel?
    Once your order is placed, the Spectre Golf Apparel fulfillment will get your order shipped out within a 24-72 hour time frame. This does not include weekends or holidays. When your order does ship, delivery time is based off the shipping method you choose. Standard Shipping: 8-10 Business Days Express Shipping: 3-5 Business Days. Once the order ships, you will receive confirmation with the appropriate tracking/ shipping info. Please understand we are not responsible for delays in shipping once picked up by the carrier.
  • Does Spectre Golf Apparel offer free shipping?
    Specte Golf Apparel does offer free shipping on orders totaling over $125 on products. The total is based off order value on products before all taxes are applied to an order. If you apply a discount code to an order that results in the subtotal under $125 then the order will not qualify for free shipping. If you have any questions or concerns please email support@spectregolfapprel.com.
  • Will Spectre Golf Apparel provide tracking info on my order?
    Spectre Golf Apparel will indeed provide you with tracking/ shipping information to your order once it ships. At that point you will receive an email from the Spectre team containing all shipping/ tracking information.
  • Does Spectre Golf Apparel ship internationally?
    Spectre Golf Apparel does offer International shipping. We charge a flat rate of $19.99 for shipping on international orders. Please understand the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, fees etc. If you have an international order and want to return or exchange a product, please be mindful that Spectre Golf Apparel does not offer free returns & exchanges on international orders.   • How do I determine the proper fit & size with Spectre Golf Apparel?
    Spectre Golf Apparel offers golf polos that are an athletic & trim fit. We recommend sizing up for an appropriate fit. When it comes to Spectre Golf Apparel hats, one size fits most.
  • Why can't I order a certain product in a certain size?
    Spectre Golf Apparel prides itself in offering all of its products to all golfers. With that said, sometimes various products in various sizes sell out quicker than others. In order to alleviate any inconvenience and frustration we may not offer and/or accept/ receive orders for various products in various sizes once they are sold out. When Spectre Golf Apparel has a shipment of more stock products on the way, we will offer a pre-order option in which you can reserve what you're looking for. Once the product is in the building with our fulfillment center, it will be shipped out to you ASAP.
  • Does Spectre Golf Apparel restock polos & hats?
    Spectre Golf Apparel does restock on polos and hats. Obviously based on demand we sell out on certain products in certain sizes. Rest assured when this happens we are already in the process of replenishing stock with our manufacturer. When we know of an arrival date for more product, we will offer a pre-order option so that you can reserve the products that you want.
  • Can I edit, cancel, or adjust my order with Spectre Golf Apparel?
    Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our fulfillment team in an effort to get you the Spectre Golf Apparel you are anxiously waiting for ASAP. For all edits/ cancellations, please email support@spectregolfapparel.com at your earliest convenience so we can get working on it for you. ***Please understand that this is not a guarantee that we will be able to edit, adjust, or cancel your order***
  • Does Spectre Golf Apparel offer Discounts/ Promo Codes?
    Spectre Golf Apparel does indeed offer discounts and promo codes. 1- First Time Customers will receive a one-time 10% discount on any products that are not already on-sale or being offered in a special promotion. 2- Bulk Orders totaling over $500 in products will receive a 15% discount on the entire order. Promo Code Bulk23 at checkout!. 3- Seasonal discounts/ promo codes. Occasionally throughout the year Spectre Golf Apparel will initiate limited time discounts and promo codes available to any and all customers!
  • Does Spectre Golf Apparel offer large/ group order discounts?
    Yes! Spectre Golf Apparel does offer a large order discount of 15% on orders over $500 in products. Promo Code Bulk23 at checkout.   • Does Spectre Golf Apparel sell wholesale?

  • What is Spectre Golf Apparel's return & exchange policy?
    At Spectre Golf Apparel, all returns/exchanges will be accepted within 45 days of original purchase date as long as items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All returns & exchanges will be conducted through our online portal. If you have any questions and/ or complications please email support@spectregolfapparel.com and someone from the Spectre team will contact you directly. Spectre Golf Apparel will provide a free return label on domestic returns. Shipping costs are not refundable. Spectre Golf Apparel products that are marked as final sale cannot be exchanged or returned under our normal return policy.
  • How can I return and/or exchange a product with Spectre Golf Apparel?
    If you ordered a product and are looking to make a return or exchange, Spectre Golf Apparel works to make this process as seamless as possible This can be done from our online portal. Please understand that this process must be initiated within our 45 day return/ exchange period from date of order. Please have your order # and zip code at hand associated with the order you are looking to exchange/ return. If you have any complications do not hesitate in contacting support@spectregolfapparel.com and someone from Spectre will reach out to assist you. ***Returning Spectre apparel products from another order and another return label will not qualify for a refund or exchange as we will not be able to identify & verify the products that were returned if grouped together.***
  • How long will a Return or Exchange process with Spectre Golf Apparel take?
    All returns &/or exchanges with Spectre Golf Apparel will be processed within a 24-72 hour time frame (not including weekends/ holidays). In that time, the team at Spectre will process a return label for your product on all domestic returns/ exchanges. Once your initial product is returned, the Spectre team will initiate the return and/ or exchange and refund your money or send new product to you ASAP.
  • What is the Spectre Golf Apparel International Return & Exchange Policy?
    Unfortunately, Spectre Golf Apparel does not cover the cost of return/ exchange shipping and this is at the customers expense on international orders. If you need to return or exchange an product of Spectre Golf Apparel, please email support@spectregolfapparel.com. Someone from the Spectre brand will contact you directly ASAP.
